Irish Premiership: Post-split fixtures are announced

A round of Irish Premiership games are to be played on Tuesday 16 April after the postponement of the six fixtures scheduled for Saturday 23 March.

Saturday's fixtures were called off after it was announced that Northern Ireland's World Cup qualifier with Russia would be played at 15:00 GMT.

These games will now be played on 30 March, with the first post-split matches being moved to Tuesday 2 April.

The final set of matches will be played on 27 April, as originally planned.

The IFA released details of the post-split fixtures on Friday, although a definitive list cannot be finalised until it is decided whether Ballinamallard United or Portadown will occupy the final place in the top six.

The matches on Easter Tuesday will see league leaders Cliftonville play Crusaders at Solitude and Linfield entertain Glentoran at Windsor Park.

A date for one remaining fixture, Crusaders v Cliftonville, has yet to be arranged.
