Former Blackburn Rovers boss Henning Berg admits he is in the running to be Kilmarnock manager and has leapt to the top of the target list along with Queen of the South manager Allan Johnston, the former Killie midfielder.
Jimmy Nicholl has quit as Kilmarnock's assistant manager as it merged that former Rangers defender Henning Berg and Queen of the South's Allan Johnston had been interviewed for the manager's job at Rugby Park.
