Southport sign Jamie Milligan & Paul Rutherford

Southport have signed ex-Fleetwood midfielder Jamie Milligan and former Barrow winger Paul Rutherford.
Milligan, 33, was released by League Two outfit Fleetwood in May, having helped the Cod Army to the Conference Premier title in 2012.
Rutherford, 25, leaves relegated Barrow after four years and 164 league appearances for the Cumbrian club.
New manager Alan Wright had already added another Barrow player, goalkeeper Danny Hurst, to his squad.
