Blackburn Rovers: Surgery rules David Dunn out of derby

Blackburn Rovers midfielder David Dunn will miss Saturday's derby against Burnley after undergoing minor surgery on a knee problem.
Dunn, 33, has made four appearances so far this season, scoring once.
"We were fortunate to get him straight into hospital on Tuesday and his rehabilitation is now underway," Rovers boss Gary Bowyer told the club website., external
Meanwhile striker Jordan Rhodes could be a doubt, after he withdrew from Scotland duty with a hand injury.
