Scottish Cup: League Two sides progress in round two

Albion Rovers, Berwick Rangers, Clyde, Elgin City and Montrose progressed from the second round of the Scottish Cup.

However, fellow League Two side Annan Athletic, who had Steven Sloan sent off, endured a goalless draw with Buckie Thistle.

Queen's Park and Stirling were also taken to replays by Preston Athletic and Whitehill Welfare, respectively.

Culter thrashed Newton Stewart 6-0 and there was a 4-4 draw between Edinburgh City and Fraserburgh.

Auchinleck Talbot were comfortable 4-0 winners against St Cuthbert Wanderers while Inverurie Locos beat Formartine United and Turriff United overcame Wick Academy.

Brora Rangers and Cove Rangers drew, as did Deveronvale and Linlithgow Rose.

Dalbeattie Star, Gala Fairydean, Keith, Peterhead, Spartans and Wick Academy all bowed out of the competition.
