Leyton Orient have signed Frankie Sutherland on a month's loan from QPR.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who has represented the Republic of Ireland at under-21 level, had a spell on loan at Portsmouth last term.
"As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome. Everyone is really positive and it makes me feel raring to go," he said.
"If I can come here and do well then I'd love to stay here until the end of the season."
Rangers, who are second in the Championship and League One leaders Orient, are both unbeaten in the league this season.
"QPR have had a similar start and I see Orient as a similar club in a way," Sutherland told Orient's website., external
"It's a compact stadium which is what I'm used to having grown up watching QPR and I can't wait to get started.
"It's a massive opportunity for me, especially when the club has been in such good form, and I want that to continue."
