Russell Slade: Leyton Orient manager backs team after defeat

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade says the side must move on quickly from their first defeat of the season.
The O's remain top of the League One table despite their 3-1 loss at Coventry City on Tuesday.
"We don't want any blame mentality. I don't want people pointing fingers at each other, that's not the way forward.
"We have got a great team spirit and players that really want to do well for themselves and each other," 53-year-old Slade told BBC London 94.9.
"It is important to still remain positive. They have got character and they will galvanise each other.
"We have had a setback. It was going to happen sooner or later so we have to take that on the chin.
"Making excuses is a waste of time. We will roll our sleeves up."
Orient won 10 and drew two of their first dozen games and Slade felt his side could have taken at least a point against Coventry, especially as David Mooney had a penalty saved with the east London side trailing 1-0.
"The attitude, even at 2-0 and 3-0, was excellent.
"It is fine lines sometimes. If we had scored the penalty maybe that would have changed the game," he said.
"We kept going until the end and we got ourselves a goal but we have to be a little bit better.
"I was disappointed with the way we conceded the last two goals. We are better than that."
