Burton Albion: Aston Villa keeper Benjamin Siegrist joins on loan

Burton have agreed a loan deal for Aston Villa keeper Benjamin Siegrist.

The 21-year-old Switzerland Under-21 international has joined on a one-month loan and will offer competition for Dean Lyness.

The Brewers were forced to name 50-year-old goalkeeping coach Kevin Poole on their bench for Tuesday's 1-0 win over Mansfield.

Manager Gary Rowett said: "We have been watching Benjamin for some time now and have been impressed."
