Notts County Ladies have signed England international striker Ellen White from Arsenal Ladies.
The 24-year-old, who has scored 17 goals in 42 international appearances, has agreed a three-year contract.
Manager Rick Passmoor said White's arrival was a major coup for the club, formerly called Lincoln Ladies.
"Signing an international player of Ellen's standard shows our ambition. We can't wait to start working with her," Passmoor told the club website., external
"She's an extremely talented player, we are delighted to have her here and we're very excited for the future."
White began her career with Arsenal and rejoined them in 2010 after spells with Chelsea and Leeds, helping them win three league titles, three Continental Cups and two FA Cups.
She also scored in Arsenal's Continental Cup win over Lincoln last season.
Lincoln finished sixth in the eight-team Women's Super League last season, but following a controversial rebranding, they have moved from their Lincoln base to Meadow Lane.
Chief executive Luke Negus-Hill said: "This is a fantastic signing for us and a real signal of our intent to be challenging in our first year as Notts County Ladies in the FAWSL."
Notts have already re-signed England duo Sophie Bradley and Jess Clarke and hope to tempt England captain Casey Stoney to re-sign.
But England goalkeeper Karen Bardsley and England Under-19s defender Martha Harris have both left the club.
