Jamie Jones: Leyton Orient keeper suffers back injury
- Published
Leyton Orient goalkeeper Jamie Jones could be sidelined for up to three months with a back injury.
The 24-year-old, who had been an ever-present for the O's in League One this season, was replaced by Jake Larkins in the starting line-up on Boxing Day.
"Jamie has got a hairline fracture in his back," Orient manager Russell Slade told BBC London 94.9.
"It could keep possibly him out for three months so we have got a problem there."
He added: "All the problems seem to have come at once over a period where I can do very little about it until the [transfer] window opens."
Jones joined Leyton Orient from Everton in summer 2008 and has made a total of 169 appearances for the east London club.
