Calvin Andrew: Mansfield Town release striker

Mansfield Town have released Calvin Andrew just five months after the former Luton Town and Crystal Palace striker Calvin Andrew joined the club.

The 27-year-old signed in August after a trial, but has not been a regular and has only scored one goal in 16 games.

The length of Andrew's deal was not revealed when he signed.

He he has only started 11 games for the struggling Stags, who are in 16th place in League Two despite a promising start to the season.
