Crewe Alexandra 1-2 Coventry City

Crewe Alexandra dropped into the League One relegation zone as Callum Wilson scored a late second goal to seal victory for Coventry City.

Wilson opened the scoring when he diverted Franck Moussa's rebounded shot into the net after it hit the post.

Crewe struck back deservedly although it was the unfortunate Jordan Clarke who headed into his own goal.

But Wilson stole the points with 10 minutes to go when he broke forward and fired past Crewe keeper Ben Garratt.

While Coventry sit comfortably mid-table, Crewe fall into drop zone on goal difference.
