Alex Fisher: Mansfield Town sign striker from AC Monza

Mansfield Town have signed Italy-based striker Alex Fisher subject to international clearance.

Fisher, 23, is an Oxford United youth-team product and joins from Italian Serie C club AC Monza.

He had a two-year professional career with Oxford and also played in Spain and Belgium before moving to Italy.

Fisher told the club's website: "My ambition has always been to come back to England, so when the opportunity came, I jumped at it."
