Crewe Alexandra: Byron Moore decides to depart Gresty Road

Crewe Alexandra winger Byron Moore is looking for a new club, having opted to leave Gresty Road after seven years.
The 25-year-old, who scored 33 goals in 297 appearances for the Alex, "wishes to pursue a different direction in his career" according to a club statement.
Alex boss Steve Davis has also revealed that there have been no offers for Crewe captain Matt Tootle.
The 23-year-old full-back, who still has a year left on his contract, had been tipped to move on this summer.
But, speaking ahead of next week's start of pre-season training, Davis said: "We haven't had any inquiries. There's nothing going on at the moment with anybody.
"He will come back on Monday for the start of pre-season with everybody else and get ready for the new campaign.
"If anything's going to happen it will be another end of August job, as it was with Ashley Westwood and Luke Murphy. They have all been a bit like that.
"It can be difficult because it doesn't give you too long to find a replacement, but I think I've got a replacement in the squad anyway."
Crewe are also still waiting to see if they are in with a chance of signing Chuks Aneke, when his Arsenal contract expires at the end of the month.
After having him on loan for two seasons, they had hoped to sign the 20-year-old, who ended last term top scorer with 16 goals, but he is now reportedly a target for Championship side Leeds United.
