Hull City have signed Blackpool winger Tom Ince on a two-year contract.
The 22-year-old was out of contract at Bloomfield Road, but the Championship club will receive compensation for the transfer as he is under 23.
Ince, who had been a target for Inter Milan, spent the second half of last season on loan at Crystal Palace.
He is Hull's third summer signing, with midfielders Jake Livermore and Robert Snodgrass having joined from Tottenham and Norwich respectively.
If the clubs fail to agree compensation, the fee will be set by a tribunal.
Ince scored 33 times in 113 appearances for Blackpool and was named the Football League Young Player of the Year in 2013.
The son of former Blackpool manager Paul Ince, he held talks with Inter Milan in May.
Cardiff City had an £8m bid for him accepted in June 2013, but he decided to stay at Blackpool.
Meanwhile, left-back Joe Dudgeon has signed a new one-year contract despite making only two first-team appearances in 18 months, due to a knee injury.
