Notts County have signed midfielder Drissa Traore from French side Le Havre until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old was the Magpies' second transfer deadline day addition, with Jordan Cranston arriving on a short-term deal.

Traore, who has represented Ivory Coast at under-21 level, is not available for Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy match against Mansfield at home.

He is available to make his League One debut at Peterborough on 13 September.

Traore, who had been training with Notts for a number of weeks before completing his move, is the second player with links to Ligue 2 side Le Havre to join County, with forward Jeremy Balmy initially moving to Meadow Lane in August 2013 from France.
