Norwich City boss Neil Adams 'angriest he has been'

Adams' side had not concede more than one goal in a game this season until going 2-0 down at Cardiff

Norwich City defender Michael Turner has said boss Neil Adams was right to be furious with his side at half-time in Saturday's win at Cardiff City.

The Canaries were 2-0 down at the break but turned it around to win 4-2.

"That's probably the angriest he's been with us this season," Turner told BBC Radio Norfolk.

"It's the only opportunity we've given him to get angry with us. It's what we fully deserved and it gave us the nudge we needed."

Norwich's only loss this season came on the opening day against Wolves, when they were beaten 1-0 by Kenny Jackett's side after having Martin Olsson sent off.

The 4-2 win at Cardiff was the fourth time in seven games that Norwich have scored three goals or more this season

A second defeat looked likely on Saturday when Joe Ralls and Aron Gunnarsson had the Bluebirds 2-0 up within 22 minutes.

But Olsson, Wes Hoolahan, Turner and Cameron Jerome scored after the break to complete a superb turnaround and put Norwich second in the table.

"It's been impressive and good to be a part of. Everyone is bouncing off each other," added the 30-year-old Turner.

"Confidence is really high and we're looking forward to going into every game at the moment."
