Nuneaton Town defender Exodus Geohaghon has been released by the Conference side after just eight appearances.

Geohaghon joined Nuneaton on 22 August having been without a club since leaving Solihull Moors.

The 29-year-old made his final appearance in Saturday's home defeat by Dartford, which was Liam Daish's first game as manager of Boro.

Geohaghon's previous clubs include Rotherham, Port Vale, Kidderminster and Mansfield.

Boro have also issued a statement revealing that Ian Neale has resigned as chief executive.

Helen Thompson will take on the role of managing director with immediate effect.
