Rochdale secured back-to-back wins with a comfortable victory over struggling Yeovil Town.

Jack O'Connell put Dale in front, heading in unmarked past goalkeeper Artur Krysiak.

Ian Henderson doubled the lead from close range following poor defending, before Conrad Logan saved well from Jordy Hiwula.

Henderson wrapped up the win with his seventh goal of the campaign, heading in at the far post.

Defeat left Yeovil languishing in 22nd place, while Rochdale moved up to eighth.

Yeovil Town manager Gary Johnson told BBC Somerset:

"It's always a low when you get beat like that, it wasn't a very good performance.

"Unfortunately we seem to have a weak group at the moment - that get weaker instead of stronger in adversity. We have got to look at that as a staff and we have got to liven a few up as and when we can.

"We are down there and we have to find the players that are going get us out and keep us out of the relegation zone as fast as we can."

Rochdale manager Keith Hill told BBC Radio Manchester:

"I think the game was too open in the first half.

"We did create a lot of opportunities and found ourselves two goals up pretty quickly.

"There seemed to be too much of an urgency to get more goals which, for me, left us a little bit vulnerable."
