Carlisle bos Keith Curle is prepared to wait for four of his players to agree terms

Carlisle United have handed new deals to defender Danny Grainger, forward Steven Rigg and goalkeeper Dan Hanford.

The new contracts, until summer 2016, are incentive-based,, external rewarding players for achievements and performances.

Four further players - Patrick Brough, Brad Potts, Kyle Dempsey and Mark Beck - have also been offered new terms.

"Patrick has one or two things to be ironed out, we're waiting to formally hear back (from Potts, Dempsey and Beck)," Curle told BBC Radio Cumbria.

Curle is unconcerned by the delay to the deals for Potts and Dempsey, two players who have been linked with interest from other clubs this season.

"We've offered them a contract, they're well within their rights to seek guidance and advice from their representatives," he added.

"It's part of the negotiation process, if their agents want to come in they're more and welcome to do so."
