Deportivo La Coruna 0-0 Real Sociedad

David Moyes's career as Real Sociedad boss started with a goalless draw at fellow strugglers Deportivo La Coruna.
The former Everton and Manchester United boss had to wait 11 days for his first game following his appointment before the international break.
And he was unable to inspire his team to a first away victory of the season.
Former Arsenal youngster Carlos Vela had their three best chances but could not find the net as the Basque side rose one place to 14th.
The game ended with Moyes's side defending desperately as they held on for a first La Liga clean sheet since April.
Moyes, who was sacked by United in April, has signed a contract to June 2016 with the Basque club to replace Jagoba Arrasate, who was dismissed following a poor run.
