Jemma Rose: Arsenal Ladies sign Bristol Academy defender

England U23 international defender Jemma Rose reached two FA Cup finals with Bristol Academy
Arsenal Ladies have signed England U23 international defender Jemma Rose from Bristol Academy.
The 22-year-old had spent four seasons at Bristol, becoming captain in 2014.
Arsenal boss Pedro Martinez Losa told the club website:, external "Jemma will fit in very well at Arsenal. She is a young player with lots of potential."
Meanwhile, Bristol Academy have announced that Wales international midfielder Sophie Ingle has signed a new contract for the 2015 season.
Ingle started 19 games for the club last season.
