Wales: Aaron Ramsey's Arsenal return boost ahead of Euro qualifier

Aaron Ramsey is in Arsenal's squad for Wednesday night's Premier League match with QPR at Loftus Road after recovering from a hamstring injury.

The 24-year-old midfielder's return is a boost for Wales manager Chris Coleman less than month before a crucial Euro 2016 qualifying match in Israel.

Ramsey has been sidelined on three separate occasions this season by hamstring problems.

However, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident his injury problems are over.

"When you have a repetition of muscular injuries, it can put the handbrake on your body a little bit - to get rid of that is a psychological problem," he said.

"I don't think he suffers from that, looking at him in training."

Wales are second in Group B - one point behind Israel who have played one game fewer than Coleman's team.

However, both sides are unbeaten going in to the match at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa on 28 March.

Injuries have ruled Ramsey out of two of Wales' qualifiers so far - the 0-0 draw with Bosnia Hercegovina and a 2-1 win over Cyprus.

Coleman will be keen to have all his front-line players available against Israel, who registered an impressive 3-0 home win over Bosnia as well as away victories over Cyprus and Andorra.

Ramsey injured his hamstring for the first time this season during Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Tottenham in September, was sidelined for six weeks after suffering a repeat of the injury against Galatasaray in early December, and started just four games on his return before his latest setback last month.
