Spanish striker Javi Guerra will rejoin Cardiff City at the end of the season after a loan spell in Malaga.

Guerra moved to the La Liga side in January, but has failed to make an impact scoring once in 10 appearances.

Agent Pepe Mesas says no decision has been made over the player's future.

"The only thing that's certain at this stage is Javi has two years left on his contract with Cardiff and he will re-join the club for the pre-season training," he said.

The 33-year-old joined the Bluebirds from Real Valladolid in the summer of 2014, but made just three Championship substitute appearances and two League Cup starts.

Mesas hasn't ruled out another loan move.

"It's still too early to say whether we will have any offers from Malaga or any other Spanish clubs for next season," he added.

"As it stands he will be at Cardiff".
