Will Norris: Braintree Town sign Cambridge United goalkeeper

Norris has extended his stay at the Abbey Stadium until at least the end of 2017-18

National League side Braintree Town have signed Cambridge United goalkeeper Will Norris on a season-long loan deal.

The 21-year-old's move to Essex comes after he signed a new-two year contract with the U's.

Norris joined Cambridge from Royston Town in 2012, and has gone on to make 18 appearances for the club, featuring in their 2013-14 Conference Premier promotion season.

He also played in their 2014 FA Trophy final win over Gosport.
