WSL 1: Notts County Ladies 2-2 Manchester City Women
- Published
Rachel Williams scored a last-minute equaliser to end Manchester City's seven-game winning run as Notts County Ladies battled back from 2-0 down.
City's Nikita Parris was twice denied by Carly Telford before Steph Houghton turned a loose ball home from a corner.
Parris headed against the post before the break, but Houghton eventually made it two with a 30-yard free-kick.
Jess Clarke pulled one back from the penalty spot after Lucy Bronze handled before Williams rescued a point.
She burst clear of Houghton - one of three members of England's World Cup bronze-medal winning team in the City side - and shot early to beat Karen Bardsley to complete the fightback.
The result left the Sky Blues in fourth place in Women's Super League One, but with a game in hand on the teams above them, while Notts remained three points adrift in fifth.
