Uefa has opened disciplinary proceedings against the Scottish FA and its Polish counterpart over the Euro 2016 qualifier at Hampden.

The SFA has been cited over a lack of body searches, pitch invasions and blocked stairways.

Fireworks set off by Polish supporters and crowd disturbances among away fans have also been noted by Uefa.

A 2-2 draw meant Scotland miss out on a place at the Euro 2016 finals. The proceedings will be held on 22 October.
