Dumbarton will host Alloa Athletic in the only all-Championship tie in the third round of the Scottish Cup.

League One leaders Dunfermline Athletic travel to face second-top Ayr United.

Cumbernauld Colts, debutants from the Lowland League, await the winners of the replay between League Two sides East Fife and Stirling Albion.

Last year's runners-up, Falkirk, have a home tie against the winners of the delayed all-Highland League tie between Turriff United or Fraserburgh.

The Bairns' Championship rivals, Greenock Morton, Livingston and Raith Rovers, all face away ties on the weekend of 28/29 November.

Morton and Livingston travel to face League One sides Albion Rovers and Peterhead respectively, while Rovers are away to League Two outfit Elgin City.

Two sides outwith the Scottish Professional Football League are guaranteed to reach the fourth round.

Formartine United, who knocked out League Two side Clyde in the second round, will host Highland League rivals Fort William or Cove Rangers, whose second-round tie was postponed this month.

Linlithgow Rose, the only junior survivors, face a trip north to face the winners of the replay between Highland League sides Wick Academy and Nairn County.
