Manager Chris Coleman says he hopes to confirm Wales' training base for next summer's Euro finals in France before the end of 2015.

Wales ended a 58-year absence from a major championship by qualifying for the tournament.

The draw for Euro 2016 takes place on 12 December in Paris and Coleman hopes to confirm a base soon after that.

"There's a couple we like so we'll be going back out to check them again," Coleman said.

"It's important for the players to know where we're going so they'll have peace of mind.

"Hopefully, sooner rather than later we'll get all that ironed out."

Euro 2016 matches will be played in Paris, Bordeaux, Lens, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Saint-Denis and Toulouse.

Wales will begin their preparations for the tournament with a friendly against the Netherlands in Cardiff on Friday, 13 November.

Two further international dates are designated for March 2016 with the European Championship finals starting on 10 June.

"There's a lot of work for us to do in terms of preparation," Coleman added.

"I know that people think that between now and the summer is a long time, but we've got a lot of work to do."
