Forest Green Rovers midfielder Rob Sinclair has agreed a new two-year deal with the National League club.

The 26-year-old made 39 league appearances in 2015-16 but missed their promotion final defeat by Grimsby in May because of injury.

"I know how much ambition the chairman has got so it was a no-brainer really," he told the club website., external

"I'm looking to improve and my ambitions are to get back into the Football League, so I have to improve."

Sinclair joins Sam Wedgbury, captain Aarran Racine and Marcus Kelly in agreeing new contracts with the Gloucestershire side.
