Crystal Palace's Julian Speroni and Damien Delaney have signed new contracts to remain at the club for a further 12 months until 2017.

Speroni, 37, equalled John Jackson's club-record 388 appearances for a goalkeeper on the final day of the Premier League season.

Defender Delaney has been a regular since joining from Ipswich in 2012.

Meanwhile, Palace confirmed that striker Emmanuel Adebayor is among six players to be released.

Goalkeeper Chris Kettings, defenders Brede Hangeland, Adrian Mariappa and Paddy McCarthy and forward Marouane Chamakh will also leave Selhurst Park.
