Dean Bowditch of MK Dons celebrates with team mates after he scores the winner in added time
League One side Milton Keynes Dons advanced to the second round of the EFL Cup after overturning a two-goal deficit at Newport County.
Dean Bowditch scored in injury time to seal the win, adding to his earlier goal from the penalty spot and Ben Tilney's long-range strike.
Exiles' striker Marlon Jackson had opened the scoring on 31 minutes after a cross from the left by Dan Butler.
Mark Randall's penalty doubled County's lead before Dons' stirring comeback.
Newport County manager Warren Feeney said: "I'm angry. I thought we were comfortable in the game, got ourselves into a great position.
"Whenever they have a strong period you've got to be resilient.
"I said to the players, you can't keep conceding goals and we've done that tonight and lost the game."
