Tom Rogic has signed a new three-year deal at Celtic

Celtic midfielder Tom Rogic has signed a new three-year contract, committing to Parkhead until 2019.

The Australian international, who joined the club in 2013, said manager Brendan Rodgers was a big factor in his re-signing.

"He has played a big role in me deciding to stay here, and you can tell he's a top-class manager," said Rogic.

"I still feel I have a lot to give and I know that, under him, I can develop and contribute to the team's success."

The 23-year-old has scored 10 goals in 57 appearances for the Hoops.
