Jordan Hugill: Preston reject second Ipswich offer for striker

Jordan Hugill scored 10 goals in the 2013-14 campaign, his most prolific season to date

Preston North End have turned down a second bid from Ipswich Town for striker Jordan Hugill, reports BBC Radio Lancashire.

The Lilywhites rejected an approach from their Championship rivals two weeks ago.

Hugill's two goals at Aston Villa on Saturday took him eight in 29 appearances this season.

He joined from Port Vale in 2014, after starting his career in non-league football.
