Llanfair United 0-7 Caernarfon Town: Gareth Edwards and Jamie Breese scored two goals apiece as Caernarfon Town thrashed fellow Cymru Alliance side Llanfair United to reach the last four. Kevin Lloyd, Darren Thomas and Clive Williams also scored for the Canaries.

The New Saints 2-1 Bangor City: Holders New Saints required extra-time to beat Bangor City and book their spot in the semi-finals. Normal time ended goalless and with Bangor down to 10 men after Yalany Baio picked up a second yellow card but Henry Jones gave the visitors the lead early in extra time. But goals from Greg Draper and Adrian Cieslewicz secured the win for Craig Harrison's side.

Guilsfield Utd 0-3 Bala Town: Goals from Ryan Wade, Chris Venables and John Irving secured Bala's place in the semi-finals for the first time since 2014 with a 3-0 win at Cymru Alliance side Guilsfield.

Prestatyn Town 2-2 Gap Connah's Quay (AET - Connah's Quay won 4-3 on penalties): Alec Williams gave 2013 winners Prestatyn of the Cymru Alliance a sixth minute lead before Ben Maher doubled the home side's advantage three minutes before the break. But Connah's Quay got back into the game through second half goals from Kai Edwards and Wes Baynes and secured their place in the last four by winning 4-3 on penalties.
