Celtic: Scott Sinclair named player of the year by football writers

Scott Sinclair moved to Celtic from Aston Villa last summer
Celtic winger Scott Sinclair has been named the Scottish Football Writers' player of the year.
The 28-year-old has scored 25 goals in his debut season, helping Celtic clinch the Premiership crown and League Cup, with the Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen still to come.
Celtic's Brendan Rodgers was named manager of the year by the football writers, also in his debut season.
Kieran Tierney, Celtic's left-back, was the writers' young player of the year.
Sinclair, Rodgers and Tierney won the same titles at the PFA Scotland awards ceremony, while Rodgers and club captain Scott Brown were named manager and player of the year by league sponsor Ladbrokes.
Celtic have the chance to complete their title-winning Premiership campaign undefeated at home to Hearts on Sunday, with their Scottish Cup final meeting with Aberdeen at Hampden on 27 May.
