Huddersfield Town midfielder Dean Whitehead has signed a one-year contract extension.
The 35-year-old was out of contract after making 50 league appearances in two seasons with the Terriers.
The ex-Sunderland and Stoke man has played more than 200 top-flight games.
"I am very happy that he will be at this club for a further season; he is a true professional and a really good character," boss David Wagner told the club website., external
