Eni Aluko: FA did not punish Lee Kendall for fake Caribbean accent

The Football Association decided not to punish former England goalkeeping coach Lee Kendall despite him admitting to using a fake Caribbean accent toward Eniola Aluko.
Nigeria-born striker Aluko, 30, made the allegation to a government select committee hearing in October.
Kendall quit on Thursday, with the FA saying there was "no further action necessary".
Had he stayed in post, diversity training would have been recommended.
Aluko made the claim about Kendall to a Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport select committee as part of an investigation into how the FA dealt with complaints about then England boss Mark Sampson's behaviour.
Sampson was later found to have used discriminatory language to Aluko and team-mate Drew Spence following three inquiries. The FA has since apologised.
Aluko has said she was not offended by Kendall's mock accent but thought it was further evidence of the ignorant culture towards black players.
In the DCMS hearing she said it was "an example of an ignorant mindset and behaviour towards me".
Kendall was not involved with the squad for last month's friendly defeat in France after the FA opened its investigation.
