Darren Way: 'It's quite difficult to manage Yeovil at the moment', says League Two club's manager

Darren Way says "it's quite difficult to manage Yeovil at the moment" because of the constraints put upon the club.
The Glovers are 18th in League Two, three points above the relegation zone, following their 1-1 draw with Notts County on Tuesday evening.
And Way, who has been manager since 31 December 2015, believes they will struggle to push up the league.
"The competition has got harder, but I feel the resources have not been as much," he told BBC Somerset.
Following back-to-back relegations in 2014 and 2015, Yeovil have finished 19th and 20th in League Two in the past two seasons under Way's management.
And with a low budget and a playing squad of just 21 players, he says expectations have to be realistic.
"Unfortunately I've dealt with that now for a number of seasons," he said. "I enjoy the role and I can promise that, certainly over the last two seasons, we've done well to maintain our Football League status.
"I'm an ambitious manager. I want to push on but if you look at the experience within the team, at the turnover [of players] every single season, at our drop in attendances, it's quite difficult to manage Yeovil at the moment.
"But my team will keep fighting every day. We're in every cup competition as it stands and we've just drawn with the top of the league, so it can't be that bad."
Way will be without Sid Nelson for Saturday's trip to Wycombe, with the on-loan Millwall defender to serve a three-match ban for his red card against Notts County.
Nelson is the fourth Glovers player to be sent off in their last four league matches and Way said he would be "heavily fined" for poor discipline.
