Owen Coyle reckons his Ross County side will benefit hugely from Chris Eagles' extensive experience.
The 31-year-old former Manchester United, Burnley and Bolton winger has agreed a deal with the Dingwall club until the end of the season.
"Chris did well while on trial here last week and I feel he will be a great addition to the squad," manager Coyle said.
"He brings a wealth of experience playing at the top level."
Eagles started his career at Old Trafford under Sir Alex Ferguson and stayed there for five years, making several loan moves in that time.
He signed for Coyle's Burnley side for £1.2m in 2008 and helped the Clarets clinch promotion to the Premier League through the play-offs at the end of his first season.
After almost 150 appearances for the Lancashire side he moved on to spells at Bolton, Blackpool, Charlton, Bury, Accrington Stanley and most recently Port Vale.
Meanwhile, County have confirmed that Reghan Tumilty has joined Falkirk on an emergency one month loan deal.
