Jake Gosling: Torquay United's Gibraltar midfielder set to leave on loan

Torquay United's Gibraltar international midfielder Jake Gosling is to leave the club on loan.

The 24-year-old has played just seven times since signing in the summer, and has not featured since injuring a foot at the end of August.

"He needs that edge and I think we have got a club for him to go to.

"I've seen him in patches on the training ground, I've seen what he's capable of and I want to see more," manager Gary Owers told BBC Sport.

"I'm not sending him away forever, I just want him to try and catch the rest of the lads up."
