Yeovil Town 2-0 Bradford City

Southampton loanee Marcus Barnes' debut goal helped League Two Yeovil Town, the lowest-ranked side left in the FA Cup, knock Bradford City out in round three.

The League One side were second best in a goalless first half before improving after half-time at Huish Park.

But, on the counter, Barnes slotted in the opener for the Glovers, before Jordan Green slotted in from Francois Zoko's pass to double the lead.

Bradford's Daniel Devine saw an effort blocked on the line late on.

The visitors have now failed to score in four away FA Cup games since winning at Premier League Chelsea in 2015.

The Glovers will play in the fourth round for only the third time since famously eliminating top-flight Sunderland in round four in January 1949.

Yeovil manager Darren Way:

"We got everything we deserved today. Yeovil were terrific and full credit to them.

"They were young, hungry and wanted it more than us. On the day they deserved to go through.

"We didn't come out of the traps and our first half performance was as poor as we've been. They won every battle."
