Port Vale have signed Lincoln City defender Callum Howe, while Oxford United's Charlie Raglan and West Brom's Kyle Howkins have arrived on loan.

Howe, 23, has signed for an undisclosed fee and agreed an 18-month deal.

Raglan, 24, has played just once since joining Oxford from Chesterfield in June, while Howkins, 21, is yet to make a senior appearance for West Brom.

The trio, all centre-halves, could make their debuts when Port Vale play Morecambe at Vale Park on Saturday.
