Southend have signed Crystal Palace striker Freddie Ladapo on a six-month contract, while adding loan deals for Tottenham striker Shayon Harrison and Scunthorpe midfielder Sam Mantom.
Ladapo, 24, joined Palace from non-league Margate in March 2016 before loan spells with Oldham and Shrewsbury.
Harrison, 20, scored once in 15 games in a loan spell at Yeovil last season.
Mantom, 25, who - like Harrison - arrives on loan for the rest of 2017-18, is a former West Brom trainee.
