Thilo Kehrer: Paris St-Germain sign Schalke and Germany U21 defender for 37m euros

Paris St-Germain have signed Schalke's 21-year-old defender Thilo Kehrer for 37m euros (£33m).
The Germany Under-21 captain has joined the Ligue 1 club on a five-year deal.
"Everyone in Europe knows how strong and exciting the Paris St-Germain project is," said Kehrer,, external who has four goals in 59 appearances in all competitions for Schalke.
"I couldn't think of a better club for me to continue my progression and reach my objectives."
Kehrer, who made his Bundesliga debut in February 2016, was a member of the Germany team that won the 2017 Uefa Under-21 Championship.
Schalke sporting director Christian Heidel said: "Once we were satisfied with the finances and knew that Thilo wished to accept the offer from PSG, we were happy to support this deal.
"We are looking forward to hopefully seeing him again soon in the Champions League."
Kehrer has come through the Schalke youth system coached by Norbert Elgert that has also produced Leroy Sane, Ilkay Gundogan, Manuel Neuer, Mesut Ozil and Julian Draxler.
