Highlights: Exeter City 2-3 Blackpool

Blackpool progressed into the second round of the FA Cup thanks to three first-half goals at Exeter City.

Joe Dodoo gave the visitors the lead after just 85 seconds as he headed home after John O'Sullivan had nodded Harry Prichard's deep cross back across goal.

Mark Cullen's scrappy header from a corner doubled the lead before Pritchard tapped in the third from Dodoo's low ball across the face of goal.

Exeter weathered early Blackpool pressure and pulled a goal back through Jordan Tillson, who scored a rare goal as he followed up Pierce Sweeney's penalty which was saved by Christopher Mafoumbi.

Tristan Abraham's late long-range strike set up a grandstand finish, but Blackpool held on to reach Monday's second-round draw.
