West Bromwich Albion: Oliver Burke loaned to Alaves as Matt Phillips signs three-year deal

West Bromwich Albion's £15m club record signing Oliver Burke has been loaned out again to Spanish side Alaves.
The 22-year-old Scotland international, who was at Celtic last season, is due to spend the season on loan in La Liga.
Burke still has three years left on the deal he signed when he made his move from Red Bull Leipzig in August 2017.
Meanwhile, Burke's fellow Scotland international Matt Phillips, 28, has signed a new three-year contract with Slaven Bilic's Championship club.
Signed from Queens Park Rangers in the summer of 2016, Phillips has now committed to Albion until the summer of 2022.
Phillips, who got Albion's fortuitous winner in their opening-day win at Nottingham Forest, has scored 14 times in 101 appearances for the Baggies.
He has scored one goal in 14 international appearances since first being first capped in 2012, while Burke, who won the first of his eight caps in 2016, scored his first international goal in this summer's win over Cyprus.
'We haven't given up on Burke'
Baggies boss Bilic was happy to let Burke go out on loan again, just as he allowed midfielders Jonathan Leko and Sam Field to go to Charlton Athletic. But he was keen on there being a recall clause for Burke, who is still to fulfil his potential at The Hawthorns.
"He needs minutes," Bilic told BBC WM. "It will be for the season but we can recall him in January. And we haven't given up on him.
"It would be much easier to say 'listen, you're staying here to cover ourselves', but it's a bit too selfish.
"I expect him and Jon and Sam to go and pick up minutes, week in week out, then come back and play here."
Burke has begun just two league games for the Baggies - and scored once in 24 appearances.
He came off the bench in Albion's first two games this season but has not featured since playing in the Carabao Cup loss at home to Millwall.
