Alfredo Morelos has not played since Rangers' win over Celtic in December
Police have charged a 29-year-old man with breach of the peace following an incident involving Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos' car.
The vehicle, which was in a secure car park in Glasgow, was checked by police, who later arrested a man.
Morelos came off the bench in Rangers' win over Ross County on Wednesday, with Steven Gerrard saying he chose not to start him because of a "calf issue".
The manager said Morelos had shown no ill-effects after the incident.
"He's fine because that's that's the way he is - he's pretty laid back," Gerrard said on Wednesday. "He handled the situation extremely well - probably better than I would have.
"The kid gets some stick but the type of stuff he has to put up with is part and parcel of being a top footballer but he handles himself pretty well. He'll be ready for the weekend."
