Antonee Robinson: AC Milan move for Wigan Athletic defender falls through

Wigan defender Antonee Robinson's proposed move to Italian giants AC Milan has fallen through.
The 22-year-old travelled to Milan on Friday after the two clubs agreed an initial fee of £6m on Thursday.
But following a medical examination with the Serie A club, the USA international needed more tests with the Italian authorities, which may have taken up to 72 hours to complete.
Meanwhile, Paul Cook has made three additions on deadline day.
Nigeria defender Leon Balogun, 31, and Slovenia striker Jan Mlakar, 21, have joined on loan from Brighton for the rest of the season, while winger Alex Dobre, also 21, has linked up with the Latics from Bournemouth.
The deal to take Robinson to the San Siro could not be ratified before Friday's Italian deadline, which closed at 19:00 GMT, four hours before the British one.
Milan had been tracking the former Everton man for a number of weeks and had agreed a fee of £6m, but add-ons could have increased the total to £10m.
Robinson joined Everton as an 11-year-old but did not make a first-team appearance for the club.
He spent the 2018 season on loan at Wigan and then joined them for around £2m last summer.
