AFC Wimbledon were pulled deeper into relegation trouble following a dour goalless draw with Bolton.
The hosts nearly hit the front inside the first minute and had a second-half goal ruled out for offside - but that was as good as it got and they are now just six points clear of Tranmere, who have two games in hand, in the final relegation place.
Joe Pigott saw a first-minute charge-down go agonisingly wide.
Ali Crawford shot wide for Bolton from just outside the box on 18 minutes as the visitors enjoyed a good spell of possession.
Luke O'Neill glanced a header just wide from Callum Reilly's corner on 34 minutes, before Joe Day kept out Daryl Murphy on the stroke of half-time.
Kwesi Appiah had a Dons goal ruled out for offside on the hour mark.
Adam Roscrow shot just wide on 70 minutes before Mads Sorensen headed wide as the Dons failed to get the goal they needed against the division's bottom side.
